Trisha Gupta

Trisha D. Gupta is a literary scholar, critic, and editor whose research is located at the dynamic nexus of trauma studies, the medical humanities, and critical theory. Having worked with and alongside immigrant and refugee communities as a volunteer English instructor, her work is consistently invested in ethical questions informing how we understand legibility, accessibility, and amplification in the context of narrative voice and representation in texts—defined capaciously and considered across time and form.

Trisha holds a Bachelor of Arts (High Honors) in English and American Literature from New York University and a Master of Arts (Distinction) in Early Modern English Literature from King's College London in collaboration with the British Library. She is currently a doctoral student in the English Department at New York University.
