Keeya-Lee Ayre

Keeya-Lee Ayre is the Founder and Studio Lead of Social Resonance Lab.

Her work focuses on the ethics of narrative and storytelling, particularly questions of power, responsibility, and moral perception. Through SRL, she convenes researchers, writers, and practitioners to explore how stories shape collective understanding, social cohesion, and the possibilities for more ethical forms of connection.

Keeya brings over fifteen years of experience in humanitarian communications, advocacy, and organizational leadership, with work spanning more than fifty countries across six continents. She has led global campaigns and storytelling initiatives at international policy forums, including the United Nations General Assembly and the World Economic Forum in Davos.

She is currently completing a Master of Studies in Practical Ethics at the University of Oxford. Keeya holds a Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development (Humanitarian Action) from the Australian National University and a Master of Public Administration (Public Policy) from the University of Georgia. Her writing has been published in Forced Migration Review, where she examined the politicization of asylum seeker narratives and their influence on European policy debates.
