Jenny Tilsen, PhD, is an interdisciplinary scholar who studies how values, ethics, and communication practices influence the making of science and technology and how knowledge cultures evolve across different social contexts. Grounded in the field of Science and Technology Studies, Jenny is interested in experimental practices that allow people to reconfigure and reimagine the role of science and technology in the world. She is the creator of STEMtelling, a storytelling method that builds social knowledge with scientists, engineers, students, and researchers. Outside of her studies, she spends her time riding bicycles across long distances, making art, and learning new languages.
